Midsummer Dream’s Night, available for Spring / Summer 2016. The new
collection is a follow-up of the brand's beautiful
introductory line Heron which launched in April 2015 and re-established
Heron Design Studio as a new accessories brand mixing together
contemporary art of surreal and colourful illustration and luxury fashion,
combination so much sought on current market of luxury fashion.
Heron Design Studio combines traditional art of drawing, painting and
illustration with modern textures and fashionable designs; allowing the
brand to boast style as well as deluxe comfort.
Heron Design Studio uses the finest and luxurious silk fabrics like satin and
traditional twill and hand-rolled finishing of edges of scarves together with
high quality digital printing to ensure the production of consistent superior
quality. The attention to choice of fabric and print is a must due to highly
detailed hand-drawn illustration used.
The newest collection inspired by classical William Shakespeare’s plays
Midsummer Dream’s Night and King Lear not only plays on the high quality
and luxurious texture of these components, but also plays with style and
design suitable for the season. With bright and vibrant colours, intricate
illustrations and designs resembling heroes and heroines of Shakespeare’s comedy and drama, different art techniques
used for rich textures, choice of luxurious silk fabrics as well as large size of the scarves, the new collection offers a

Heron Design Studio’s designer Dita Havlova is proud to claim hers artistic
heritage, design and production from native country Czech Republic. She
comes from family of artists, designers as well as tailors. She studied fine
arts and fashion/costume design at the prestigious College of Arts and
Design in Prague and decided to settle in creative East London.
Brand Designer, Dita Havlova, comments: "We are very excited to be
presenting our second stunning collection of illustrated silk scarves inspired
by classical stories and bring the poetry into the global fashion market. Just
as with our introductory collection Heron, we are playing on the connection
of contemporary surrealistic art, traditional silk material and large size. The

This season, Heron Design Studio took a part at the London Fashion Weekend
September 2015. This proved to be big success. We were head-hunted by
the biggest Chinese online store Hichao and our scarves will take part in
Chinese famous TV reality show I Supermodel being filmed in UK in October
2015.
