• Strategic implementation put simply is the process that puts plans and strategies into action to
reach goals.
• Strategy implementation is the translation of chosen strategy into organizational action so as
to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

strategy in motion, institute strategic controls that monitor progress, and
ultimately achieve organizational goals.

Validating the strategy is an essential part of the implementation. This
validation can be both internal to the organization or external. In addition,
when implementing a strategy, the human aspect also needs to be
considered.

It means either communicating a concept, a process, or data that satisfies a long
term strategic goal of an organization by allowing facilitation of advanced planning.

Monitoring or evaluation should begin early on in order to cut an errant strategy
before losses or negative impacts become too costly or damaging.

To achieve successful strategy implementation there needs to be an agreed mechanism
of intervention to enable the management to efficiently and effectively engage with
their work.
