  3. 3. DESCRIPTION Force.com Sites let us create public web applications and web sites that run natively on Force.com. The Force.com Sites technology utilizes Visualforce and apex for building and deploying web pages on Force.com. Evidence of Insurability forms are public web pages for the customers who launch the pages directly from the partner website through hyperlinks. These webpages are forms which captures the customer information, family information, existing coverages of their health insurance policies, illness information, physicians information. Users can select new coverages, select premium types. These pages have the ability to validate the user information and captures information dynamically by leveraging JavaScript. The captured information is then saved into custom objects for further processing. Conga composer is an appExchange application which is used to customize and streamlining the document generation. Adobe e-sign manager is a feature of Adobe document cloud through which we can send the documents dynamically to the customers for their e-signature and to save the data back into Salesforce. By integrating Conga composer and adobe e-sign manager, documents can be generated dynamically for the customers who has filled the forms and send to the them for their consent, e-sign and to save the data back into salesforce for sales executives and under-writers.   4. 4. DESCRIPTION Life Map is an health insurance company primarily proides group insurance. All its CRM business is dealt with salesforce where all its customers, brokerages, providers are stored in Accounts. Its employees, medical reps, producers are contacts. Opportunities are the probable deals between LifeMap and a customer. Whenever an opportunity is created in the system, a quote will be created and products are added to that. An opportunity can have many quotes but will only has one sold quote. The line items of the sold quote will be the lineItems of the opportunity, they will be synced automatically. Many reports and dashboards are created to monitor & track trends of Leads and Opportunities. They provide Statistical and analytical data which will help customers to take the action to improve their Sales, Revenue & Service quality. It is the biggest insurance company US with highest revenue and offers all financial needs to the US Military people. FINPAL is an application which generates all the critical financial reports (General Ledger) for business purposes. The legacy system is file-based system. A new systemis designed with DB2 tables and then applied complex business logic for various stages before generating General Ledger reports. we generate various types of insurance premium and loss reports for all the states in US and foreign countries for various business purposes. The existing reports are generated by a Legacy system with COBOL and PL/1 technologies; data for legacy reports is extracted from files. The new system is designed such that same types of reports are generated by using EZT-reporting and Core java.
