Governments around the world are talking about Gov2.0 -- putting citizens at the centre of decision-making. This presentation is designed to be an introduction to Gov20 and covers changes in technology and society, summarises the key elements of Government 2.0, and highlights case studies and actions being taken by the Department of Justice (Victoria, Australia) and jurisdictions around the world.

I've summarised Gov 2.0 into three pillars: collaboration, openness (or transperency), and empowerment. There are examples of use in Australia, UK and the US that align to each of the three pillars.
