❖ March launch: business requirements are, the forex rate should be

therefore customers at this point in time should view rates, calculate
currency, view currency performance and pay someone international.
❖ this platform should also provide leads for other forex features.

-When more currencies are added, a scroller will be available
-For IOS a submenu is provided, if this page is filled with a
list of currencies, “ Add currency” is no hidden
-For Android a fab is provided, when this page gets filled with
a list of currencies “Add currencies” is not hidden
-Customer is able to remove a currency from the list
Calculate page tasks:
-Customer can calculate one currency to the other
-based on data we currently have, customer can only calculate
between ZAR and any other currency
-Customer can view exchange rate (indicative)
-Customer can view how a specific currency has been performing
in the last day, last 7 days, last 31 days.

10. i use the internet banking to make forex
transactions because i have to provide Bop
code, documents like invoice, purchase
order, banking details etc. unless if you
would allow me to take pictures or browse
on my phone, which you would have to
think about the size of some of my invoices.
on the app i am more concerned about
security measures, currently i use the PC
to do Work related transactions

11. it would be nice to pay my suppliers, i have
a group of my suppliers as my
beneficiaries. i would like to pay them on
the app. whatever amount i paid, the app
should be able to convert to the amount to
a certain currency.

i own a company where we do imports/ exports.
i pay suppliers overseas and sometimes i receive
payments from them.
i want to view rates at a certain time and be
able to buy them with that rate.
if i place an order online on Friday with a certain
rate, FNB would on Monday with a different rate
which which higher than when i ordered, they
communicate the Monday rate and the amount it
they will charge me.

my husband and i have to compare rates
i sometimes google to find out how the rates are
doing
going to the bank is for documents, if the app
could cover those, that would be nice, to avoid
long lines and it would be more convenient for me.
i go to the American express to buy currency, its
unsafe because people can rob you, they can see
you going to buy currency there.
if you are a the airport with insufficient funds, its
impossible for you to buy currency.
it would be nice to have forex linked to my
account, so that i can easily buy currency
and have them on my account.

i send money on a monthly basis
right after pay day i send money to my grandmother
and brother that is studying.
i want to send money to my family, they should

making payments, they should leave the house

should already be available
