These slides are from an Ignite talk that I did at Riding the Wave of Change in Manitoba, Canada, 2016. When I first got started in education, I tried to do ALL THE THINGS. But eventually, I learned that this was making everything I did mediocre. When I learned how to do less, but better, amazing things started happening.
