During my co-op, I gained practical experience
turning human-centred research into action with
Service Design. My team was so supportive of me
learning on-the-job and I got to roll-up my sleeves
right away – in fact, my second day of my co-op, we
drove up-island to listen to personal stories behind
BC’s opioid crisis. 80+ stories later, I now work as a
Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Mental Health and
Addictions, focusing my work around partnerships
