My final assessment stage for TBWA\London involved resolving how the flailing high-street retailer Game can survive the gaming revolution and increase its relevance to regular gamers. The low imaginary budget I’ve been allocated invited focus on guerilla pop-ups, in-store activation, and mobilisation of staff. For almost a fortnight, PlayStation and Edge magazines became my literary companions, and lurking around gaming forums – my favourite pastime.
