Soft skills are often undervalued in tech. To get a great team together, interviewing skills are essential. Everyone's aim should be to hire a variety of diverse candidates who will work well together, provide additional perspective to your team projects, and not drive people up a wall. Using real-world examples, I will provide laughs, some key takeaways, and some points to ponder.
