You can use any good cleanser to cleanse your skin. There is no need to buy any extraordinary cleanser to wash your face. There is need to avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out skin which can lead to rashes. Cleansing more often is not recommended. Cleansing once in the night is good for a healthy skin. Try to use normal temperature water as too hot or too cold water can hurt the skin.
2. Exfoliate
Exfoliation is one of the important steps in keeping your skin healthy. Most people skip this step although it makes a difference. It is healthy to add exfoliation in your weekly routine. There are several ways to exfoliate skin but most importantly microdermabrasion. Scrubs could be used to exfoliate skin. Scrubs main purpose is to clear the dead cell layer on the top of your skin which dulls your complexion. Make sure that you use a scrub with tiny grains as the cheap scrubs can harm your skin. Mostly cheap scrubs have big grains. So avoid them
3. Moisturize
Moisturizer is the too important for skin. Many famous dermatologists recommend moisturizers in order to keep the skin healthy. The amount of moisturizing depends on your skin. If it’s too tight then there is need to moisturize. Be careful, over moisturizing can clog the pores.
21. 21. There are five types of skin
Type 1: Oily Oily skin tends to shiny with enlarged pores, and is prone to blackheads and blemishes. You might experience some tightness.
Type 2: Combination/normal This skin type has medium pores, a smooth and even texture, good circulation, healthy color, may tend toward dryness on the cheeks while being oily in the t-zone.
Type 3: Sensitive Sensitive skin tends to be thin, delicate with fine pores. It flushes easily, is prone to broken capillaries, is frequently allergic and can be rashly.
Type 4: Dry Dry skin feels tight, especially after cleansing. You have a tendency towards fine wrinkles, flaking and red patches. In women of color, skin may appear ashy or dull from dead skin buildup.
Type 5: Aging or sun-damaged This skin also feels tight with visible wrinkles, slack skin tone -- especially around the cheeks and jaw line -- with leathery texture and broken capillaries.
22. 22. MY SKIN IS SENSITIVE
Sensitive skin care is more than just choosing the right sensitive Skin care product . Sensitive skin has a low tolerance level to certain products or environmental conditions. People with sensitive skin may react quickly to chemicals, heat or wind by developing red, blotchy and irritated skin.
Sensitive skin care is more than just choosing the right sensitive skin care product. To provide the best sensitive skin care, you need an overall approach to providing the best possible care.Sensitive skin has a low tolerance level to certain products or environmental conditions. People with sensitive skin may react quickly to chemicals, heat or wind by developing red, blotchy and irritated skin. Different people have different levels of skin sensitivity. Some people may react to a product, while for others it produces no effect. Similarly, some people may have a very severe reaction, while others only have a mild reaction.
23. 23. Care for sensitive skin
Sensitive Skin: Please note that you may have sensitive skin AND normal, oily, or dry. If your skin has allergic reactions to beauty products and is usually sensitive to the sun, wind, and cold weather, it is sensitive. Sensitivity can show up in rash, redness, inflammation, acne, and dilated capillaries. Look for cleansers, toners, makeup, and moisturizers that are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. Cleanse, tone and moisturize with gentle products everyday. The idea for your skin is to always choose products with a soothing benefit. Some common ingredients to look for are: chamomile, azulene, bisabolol, allantoin, lavender, camphor, calamine, rosemary, thyme, aloe vera etc.
24. 24. Hair care regimen
Hair is actually a modified type of skin.
Hair is formed at the base of a hair follice. A follicle is a structure resembling a pouch that is located below the skin. Hair glows more quickly in summer than in winter and more slowly at night than in night
THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF HAIR :

NORMAL HAIR
 25. 25. DRY HAIR
 26. 26. OILY HAIR

MY HAIR IS DRY HAIR
Dry hair looks like unwashed straw. It grows thicker nearer the scalp and thins out towards the ends, thus causing split ends. This hair is caused by heat and the elements, so the first step is prevention: Avoid using overly hot dryers and heat-styling implements and wear a hat or scarf if you're going to be exposed to sun or wind for long periods (at the beach or skiing, for instance). Don't wash your hair every day - unless you have an oily scalp.
Atmospheric pollution too tends to have a drying effect on the hair. Such hair needs extra care. When you wash your hair, use shampoos and conditioners that contain humectants. Leave the conditioner on your hair as long as possible. About once a week, do a deep- conditioning treatment.
27. 27. TIPS FOR DRY HAIR
WARM OIL MASSAGE cure dry hair
This is nothing as nourishing as a warm oil massage. Take half a cup of coconut oil. Crush 4 almonds and add to oil. Steam this mixture by placing it inside a pan. Apply while still warm, deep into the scalp and into roots of your hair. Cover your head with a towel and leave it on for half an hour. Shampoo your hair.
BANANA NOURISHING PACK is dry hair treatment
Mash two ripe bananas. Add half cup beaten curd. Apply this paste all over your scalp and coat the ends of the hair with it. Pile up your hair high over your head. Leave it on for 15 mintues and then shampoo as usual. You will immediately notice a dramatic change in the texture of your hair.
EGG TONIC will retain dry hair vitamin
Beat up an egg in a cup of milk. Squeeze in the juice of the one lemon. Add to this a teaspoon of the coconut oil or olive oil massage well into your hair. Cover with moist, warm towel. Leave it on for an hour. Rinse it thoroughly. The final rinse should be with lime juice and warm. A good alternative would be to add yogurt instead of the milk.
