My education career has always been about working with at risk students to help them have equal access to a quality education. In my eighteen years in education I have been fortunate to receive world class training and to increase my sphere of influence and support. As an elementary teacher I taught almost every grade level and quickly became a teacher leader. Working with multiple at risk schools in the Clark County School District was a challenge that identified my skills for collaboration, team building, and asking challenging questions to school improvement teams.
