  1. 1. Travel League Scheduling System An Inside Look At Demosphere’s Scheduling System
  2. 2. With Demosphere’s League Scheduling System, administrators can manage all of the details of their Travel League online, including team applications (pictured), game scheduling, and score reporting.
  3. 3. Customize Team Applications Create custom team application forms with unique ‘Fill In The Blank’ questions to ensure your organization collects all of the necessary information for a successful season.
  4. 4. Email Confirmation Send out personalized email confirmation messages after teams complete the payment portion of their registration. Data can be pre-filled based on items from the application and/or payment details.
  5. 5. Review Applications Manage applications once they are submitted into the system. Payments by credit card are automatically processed and deposited. If registrants pay by check, administrators can log those payments into the system.
  6. 6. Sorting Applications Submitted applications are reviewed and classified as accepted or rejected before being placed into their corresponding division.
  7. 7. Broadcast Emails Share important information and updates with registrants through broadcast emails, sent directly from the system. Filter email addresses by players, coaches, team officials, referees, and more to contact specific groups.
  8. 8. Creating Schedules Once teams are accepted into the system, administrators can begin to create a schedule. Administrators can create their ideal schedule by defining acceptable dates, timeframes, and available fields to provide a framework for the system. A schedule will be automatically generated based on this information.
  9. 9. Field Creation Administrators can designate which available field complexes will be used throughout the season. By adding an address to the field, the system will automatically provide Google® Maps directions to the location.
  10. 10. Maintain Field Permits Input which dates and times each field will be available, along with which age groups are able to play on each individual field. Member clubs can individually enter field availability for fields they manage into the system.
  11. 11. Date Groups Date Groups within the system provide a list of the exact dates that each group will be scheduled to play. If a specific group (Boys) are only going to play on one day, that group can be distinguished from the rest of the League by creating a Date Group that specifies the Boys will only be playing on Saturday.
  12. 12. Matchup Structures The System provides a pre-made library filled with over 300 of Demosphere’s most requested templates for game schedule structures. Structures can be cloned and modified for any event. Demosphere can create new templates for unique schedules upon request.
  13. 13. Schedule Divisions Division schedules can be edited within the system to set up the tie patterns, dates, times, starting game number, and hide scores if necessary.
  14. 14. Upload A Schedule Administrators can also import an existing schedule into the System from outside Excel files.
  15. 15. Manage Conflicts There are various audit reports available in the system to alert administrators of scheduling errors. Use these reports to double-check date, time, and coaching conflicts before finalizing your schedule!
  16. 16. Rescheduling Games Rearrange game schedules using the System’s drag-and-drop functionality to place games at different open time slots.
  17. 17. Division Schedule/Standings The Division Standings page houses the game schedules, location, times, and results all in one place.
  18. 18. Standings Settings Designate the number of points teams are awarded following a win, tie or loss. Set tie-breaker values in the event that multiple teams end with the same amount of points.
  19. 19. Mobile Schedules Schedules, results and standings can be shared on mobile devices and TV displays. Customize the feeds and show games from specific divisions or on specific dates.
  20. 20. PhoneItIn™ Report scores on-the-go directly from your iPhone™ and Android® mobile device. The PhoneItIn™ mobile-formatted site guides a score reporter through a quick 30 second process to report game scores. Scores can also be reported via an 800-number or entered on the web!
  21. 21. Match Reports Log data including starters, goals, assists, substitutions, discipline, and more in the Match Report.
  22. 22. Game Card & Rosters Print rosters and match information directly from the System to present to the referee at game time.
  23. 23. Referee Assigning Once games are assigned, administrators can either assign the referees within the Scheduling System or sync the schedule to take advantage of advanced assigning features from GameOfficials, the leader in web- based referee assigning.
  24. 24. Sportsmanship Behavior Demosphere’s Sportsmanship Rankings allow a match referee to rank the behavior of coaches, players, and spectators from each team. Each group is evaluated on a scale from -2 to 2, with -2 being ‘unacceptable’ and +2 being excellent.
  25. 25. Discipline Tracking Export lists of players based upon disciplinary infractions throughout the season. Sort disciplinary actions by match dates, player names, and team summaries.
  26. 26. Need Help? Demosphere’s Support Center is filled with videos and articles to guide you step-by-step through each aspect of the system. Demosphere’s Support Team is also available to walk you through any questions via email, webchat or over the phone.
