Respondents who say they feel “extremely confident” that the US economy will continue to improve over the next 24 months: 92% report female and minority leaders or managers comprised less than half of the executive leadership at their organizations 56% of companies surveyed report their workforces grew over the past 12 months... ... and 61% expect that growth to continue in 2016.
