Transportation in Bangkok River and canals network Through downtown Bangkok runs the Khlong Saen Saeb, which has a canal boat service, the most extensive of which is the Chao Phraya Express Boat with as many as thirty stops along the both banks of the Saen Saeb. In Bangkok, there are motorcycle taxi queues on many streets. Licensed motorcycle-taxi operators wear orange vests. In compliance with Thailand's helmet law, many (but not all) carry a spare helmet to offer to passengers.

The green taxis are owned by individual businessmen who authorized taxis and open garages. They have the rights to use another color taxi. Meter charge is 35 baht. First 2 kilometers will remain at 35 and it costs approximately 3 baht every kilo. Only the authorized taxis are allowed to enter the BKK international airport.
