The program observes how the user responds to the results when the latter uses a search engine. • How it works: If the user chooses the top-result, and remains on that webpage, the machine learning program assumes that the user just found what he or she was looking for. If the user chooses a result on the second page of the search engine, then, the program surmises that the search engine could not find the results the user was looking for. 2.
