2. Introduction
 Texas-based David T. Ball is an active
member of the Dallas community through his
support of the Crawl for Cancer fundraiser
and his participation in the Urban Dare
competition. As part of his job, David T. Ball
regularly travels outside of the United States
and counts Dubai as one of his favorite
destinations.
Virtual reality (VR) is becoming more and
more prevalent as a form of entertainment
and, as a result, has been regularly
integrated into theme parks. Dubai, however,
recently took the use of the augmented
reality technology a step further with the
establishment of VR Park, an indoor theme
park in the Dubai Mall that is home to a
multitude of VR experiences, including a
zombie game inspired by The Walking Dead,
a four-player co-op swamp-based shooter, and
a colorful ride targeted at younger
participants.

3. Dubai
 Another game, Ape-X, sees players
assume the role of a mega-sized,
weaponized robot ape and includes a
skyline that mirrors that of Dubai's.
The theme park is laid out on two
floors totaling more than 75,000 square
feet and also includes physical rides,
but the main attraction is the varied
VR experiences. There are 18 different
attractions which cost $12 each to play,
but purchasing a Gold Package for $54
is a cost-effective measure that allows
you to play any seven VR attractions.
