Professional Speaker - Real Estate Investor – Intrepid Entrepreneur
David was born and educated in England. He graduated from Bridgewater Technical
Institute before immigrating to Canada where he attended the University of British
Columbia and studied economics. After immigrating to the United States he spent twenty-
five years in sales and senior management positions with Revlon, Helena Rubinstein,
Lancôme, and Charles of the Ritz.
David’s second career as an entrepreneur led to him owning several businesses, which
included restaurants, a mail order and manufacturing business and even a criminal college.
He is a graduate of the Mark Victor Hansen and the Robert Allen Enlightened Millionaire
program and is an expert on how to buy real estate with the “nothing down” system. He
was inducted into the Enlightened Millionaire Institute Hall of Fame and is featured in
national media and infomercials and is a popular guest on radio talk shows. He is a
certified probate specialist with the J G Banks Institute.
David is CEO of Target Management Services LLC a sales and marketing organization,
and is authoring a series of books as part of a Guinness World record attempt in the
publishing arena in 2016-7 In addition David is listed in Who’s Who a worldwide
branding organization, is the founder of the International Entrepreneurs Association .
( IEA) and recently launched a national chain of 100 manufactured senior housing parks to
provide affordable dignified housing to seniors. His passion is to support five selected
charities through his marketing efforts. He is an avid international traveler, gardener and
wood carver. He has been married to Sonja for 56 years, has two children and four grand
children and lives in beautiful Hawaii. His business motto is “WIN WIN for everybody”
