18. 18. Make decisions about promotions in your company by determining who the leaders are.

Social Network Analysis Principles
Social Network analysis theory is based on graphs theory and examination of such parameters like Degree, Closenessand Betweenness.
Hypersoft’s solution can analyse any form of electronic communication in the enterprise; e.g.:

E-mail
 19. 19. Instant messaging

 23. 23. Communities Editing
Automatically discovered communities can be edited in order to include/exclude some members who are out of your interest or were discovered only occasionally.
After a community is saved, it is possible to use Social Network reports for its analysis.
24. 24. Community Degree
Community Degree is for analysis of number of contacts for community members.
Community Degree
This report provides data of mathematical analysis the links in a given community:
InDegree● number of incoming links to a given member.
OutDegree● number of outgoing links from a given member.
Density ● ratio of number of existing links between members to the total possible number of links (if each member is directly connected to each of the rest community members).
Drilldown to Community Details is available. There you can find detailed information for each member of the community and make conclusions about his participation in the community.
