What is my Background ! I am A Social Media Enthusiast! I blog for soshable.com, socialamediatoday.com! I have been using social media for personal use and marketing since 2007! I have helped business owners, churches, non profits, and Fortune 500 companies with their social media presence! I run Kingdom Business Solutions which helps kingdom-minded business owners to help develop their online presence, through websites, social media, and Search Engine Optimization.! I currently work for a green corporation called TerraCycle and I manage all the digital media assets for the company and instruct, train, and develop the the 21 social media teams worldwide

Step 1:Building a Facebook Page Choose a ClassiﬁcaUon hcps://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php Once there, choose from one of the following six classiﬁcaUons: -‐ Local business or place -‐ ArUst, band, or public ﬁgure -‐ Company, organizaUon, or insUtuUon -‐ Entertainment -‐ Brand or product -‐ Cause of community
Step 2:Building a Facebook Page 2) Complete Basic InformaUon Upload Photo Facebook will now prompt you to upload the main photo for your page. This photo will appear as your icon every Ume you comment on a post or appear in news feeds. Ideally, it should be your company logo. The actual dimensions of your proﬁle picture is 180X180. This will shrink on your page to appear as 125X125. About SecUon Next, you need to write your About informaUon. This small blurb will serve as the main 2-‐3 sentence descripUon for your company. It will be on your main page, so make it descripUve but succinct. Be sure to include a link to your company website as well. Also ensure that this informaUon diﬀerenUates your brand, making your page even more appealing to potenUal followers.
Step 3a:Building a Facebook Page Edit Your Page The Edit Page opUon in the upper right provides various opUons. The ﬁrst opUon, Update Info, allows you to update the basic informaUon you provided earlier.This will also allow you to enter a descripUon, which is an extended version of the About informaUon you entered earlier. You can also manage the roles of your page administrators. This allows you to invite various employees from your business to be administrators on your Facebook page in order to respond to comments or messages Olen, marketers get so excited they started a Facebook page that they invite users right away. But challenge yourself to think about a more strategic method for inviUng users. First, you want your page ﬁlled with content. Then invite your brand advocates to start engaging with that content.

Create a good bio include link to your website 4. Create a presence that is consistent with your branding strategy 5. Choose the right logo or picture for your page 6. Start TweeUng!

Make sure your Facebook Page is setup correct with info and layout 5. Use images for the majority of your Facebook posts 6. Post 1-‐2 Umes a day and 3 Umes at the very max 7. Always use link shortners such as bit.ly to track your links 8. Make sure you your FB URL is short and easy for people to remember 9. Post interesUng content 10. Check your Facebook Insights at least every other week

Find the posUng Umes that people are on Twicer, generally 8am-‐9am, 1pm-‐3pm, 5pm-‐6pm 4. Fill out your bio strategically 5. Respond to those that menUon you 6. Retweet content in your industry 7. Have your Twicer page customized to match your brand 8. Become a resource of valuable informaUon in your industry 9. Don’t try to use all 140 characters on each tweet 10. Engage with followers and have back and forth conversaUons

Don’t misspell the Twicer usernames of those you are menUoning 6. Don’t Retweet or Tweet too many Umes in a row 7. Don’t ignore quesUons you receive on Twicer 8. Don’t talk as a person talk as your business using the third person. 9. Don’t overuse hashtags 10. Don’t Retweet without crediUng the orginal tweeter
Proven Social Media Strategies 1. Asking fans to “Share” content This is as simple as it sounds. Find a picture that is really interesUng and engaging and ask fans to share it. Asking someone to “Share”, “Like”, “Comment” gives the fan a call to acUon. When you tell them to do something its more likely they will do it rather than expecUng them to share, like, or comment.

It can be a picture, a “capUon this” type post, a quesUon, a discussion quesUon or anything that sUrs up engagement. NoUce in the post we use wording that suggest a fan “may” win a prize. Due to Facebook rules we don’t directly ask for people to post to win a prize.

This is an easy way to gain a lot of followers on twicer and it helps bring in a lot of interacUon about your brand.
