  5. 5. “As Jehovah, the God of Israel, lives, beforewhom I stand, there shall be neither dew norrain these years, except by my word.” (1 Kings 17:1)
  6. 6. “How long will you golimping between twodifferent opinions? IfJehovah is God, follow him;but if Baal, then follow him.” (1 Kings 18:21)
  7. 7. “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophetbefore the great and awesome day of Jehovahcomes. And he will turn the hearts of fathers totheir children and the hearts of children totheir fathers, lest I come and strike the landwith a decree of utter destruction.” (Malachi 4:5-6)
