Research and Development <ul><li>Research and Development is an intellectual concept that spans each collaborative and includes things such as research by library faculty, the continuous acquirement and sharing of job knowledge by all library employees, and the development of job training and library services to promote the library’s mission. This concept should be embraced by all library employees and fostered by those in leadership positions. </li></ul>
