Digitalization and IT systems – saving center
Perception of IT systems must be changed – they are not cost center!!!
(investments), it is necessary tool, with huge saving potential
ePrescription – in millions od euros on annual basis
Direct savings.
• Paperless workflow, no printing, distribution and storage required, better
control over medicaments. Approximately system could save up to 10% of
overall medicament budget.
• At this moment in Serbia ePrescription saved directly about 5% of overall
budget, with addition potential od 5% (cca 15 millions euros)
Indirect savings:
• Less bureaucratic work for doctors, more time to work with patients
• Patient spent less time at the doctors
eRadiology

• No requirements for films and chemicals
• More productive work of radiologist
• Telemedicine
Indirect savings
• Better efficiency of existing resources
• Knowledge base for future specialists

BASIC
ARCHITECTURE
Microservice architecture allows flexible system adaptation in line with client
requirements.
Allows easy transformation from legacy systems to new digitalized paper less systems
with minimum costs.
HIS producers agnostic system. Allows integration as many as required different HIS
systems
Vertical integration and central management. New rules are set on central platform
and valid for all users in the same time.

Our products are continuously improved by the experience from our
customers, partners as well as from world health trends. In the
following short and mid term, we aim to:
1. Continue with integration with third party apps and devices to
collect health and lifestyle data
2. Create correlations between collected data, diagnosis, symptoms,
therapies
3. Extend integration of the patient portal with additional Machine
Learning and Expert system-based engines for leveraging and
improving primary healthcare service through self diagnosis,
automatic care and knowledge-based engines to optimize most
common patient paths through the medical system and making
sure the most severe and needed cases are prioritized.
4. Deploy the system in the remote locations where not enough
medical staff is available, enabling shared knowledge between the
countries and continents.
5. Implementation of AI in radiology and screening systems
6. Enable communication between doctors and patients on remote
locations, supporting remote NGO and doctors without borders.
