Social Data Intelligence
On the web, and in particular, on social networks, huge amounts of different data are produced: web pages, blogs, e-mail, posts,
tweets. People write their impressions and opinions online on events, hot topics and purchased products.
These texts are therefore a kind of online public opinion that reflects people's feelings.
Social Data Intelligence means collecting, analysing and interpreting these conversations to know what people say and think.
