How to add a contact

  1. 1. Danielle Bryant How to Add a Contact 1. Open up Microsoft Outlook Start – Microsoft Office 2010 – Microsoft Outlook 2010 2. Click on Contacts
  2. 2. Danielle Bryant 3. Double click in the large white box to create a new contact 4. Add their name in the Full Name box Add an E-mail Address and other personal information into the boxes beneath
  3. 3. Danielle Bryant 5. Click on the Photo box to add a picture 6. Click on the Notes box to write any other details of the contact
  4. 4. Danielle Bryant 7. To save the contact and close the program, click the Save & Close button 8. To save a contact then create a new one, click the Save & New button It is important to save your contacts as you may need to remember them and access them quickly – saving them means that you can locate them easily.
