George Ivar Louis Mountbatten, 4th Marquis of Milford Haven is a successful serial entrepreneur.
In 2000, George Mountbatten took the risk of founding a unique website. He named it uSwitch, a platform that enables consumers to compare prices and switch suppliers.
Six years later, George Mountbatten decided to sell his company. The US media giant EW Scripps paid £210m for uSwitch, Britain's biggest energy price comparison site.

Besides his interest in the online space, George Mountbatten, enjoys playing Equestrian Polo.

In 2009, he won the 25th Cartier Polo World Cup on Snow, playing with a team that included Ricard Le Poer, an Argentine Open winner and a Chilean player. The tournament was held in St. Moritz.
His second wife, Clare Husted Steel, born in New York in 1960 and today known as Lady Milford Haven, shares his love for Equestrian Polo. The couple wed on August 20th of 1997 in Massachusetts, United States.
It is well recognised that Lord Mountbatten´s great uncle, Louis Mountbatten of Burma, left an invaluable polo legacy in England. His great uncle was a mentor of several important members of the royal family, such as Prince Philip, Prince Charles and his legacy lives on today through Princes William and Harry.
George Mountbatten himself is 428th in line to the throne and a direct descendant of Queen Victoria.

Also George Mountbatten is part of the marquisate of Milford Haven house, created in 1917 for Prince Louis of Battenberg, the former First Sea Lord.

George Mountbatten or the fourth Marquis, who succeeded his father in 1970, holds the title.
