3. Comedian Kier Spates, a native of Houston Texas, has to be one of the funniest comics
you will ever encounter. Kier is the newest installation to the Steve Harvey Morning
Show. He delivers daily funny tips as “Junior” at 7:48AM EST, Monday through Friday.
You can also hear “Junior” on the radio as the leading man for Tracfone.
Every Saturday morning you need to get your blood pumping with “Junior” on Majic
107.5/ 97.5 where he hosts his own radio show in the morning from 10am-3pm bringing
you the Beauty and Barbershop Mix.
Kier recently was a big hit in the first leg of the “I Got People in My Head Tour” with
Nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show and a host of other comedians.
His comedic stylings have been requested by popular demand on the “Funny Bone” and
“Improv” Circuit throughout the United States. He is current performing and making his
way to a city near you!
Throughout his career Kier has traveled the globe with great entertainers such as Aretha
Franklin, Lyfe Jennings, Music Soul Child, Frankie Beverly and Maze, Anita Baker, Antho-
ny Hamilton, and the late Gerald Levert. In 2005 he toured as one of the primary acts on
the “Rickey Smiley and Friends Show”. In addition to all of the aforementioned, he has
also performed in USO Tours to Japan and Bahrain.
Kier has also had many television appearances, to name a few; Black Entertainment
Television’s “Comic View” and “Getting Paid” where he received rave reviews! We must
not forget his performance as “Dre” in Barbershop Blues with New Edition’s – Ralph
Tresvant. Kier has traveled with many other hit stage plays as well. One of his most no-
table performances was in “Confessions” starring, Kelly Price, Tommy Ford, and the late
Gerald Levert. Back in 2012 Kier was the opening act on Steve Harvey’s Grand Finale
Comedy Tour. Critics everywhere had responded by calling Kier “Junior” Spates “THE
NEXT BIG THING IN STAND-UP COMEDY”.
Kier Spates is truly a force to be reckoned. He is changing lives through laughter with

4. Using his experiences growing up in Newark, Bill Bellamy started doing stand-up while
he was a student at Rutgers University. Bellamy quickly discovered how much he enjoyed
making people laugh, and began honing his skills at small comedy clubs around the
country and soon was making waves in the New York clubs like The Improv, The Comic
Strip, and at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
Two short years later, Bellamy had earned a spot on HBO’s DEF COMEDY JAM where
he notoriously coined the phrase “Booty Call.” The now famous late-night rendez-vous
moniker became the name for his first comedy special for Showtime; “Booty Call” was
instantly one of the network’s top-rated specials. On the heels of the success of that
special, in the years following, Bellamy became a staple on MTV as one of the first “VJs”
on the network. He hosted several of their programming blocks, including MTV JAMS
and MTV BEACH HOUSE, while interviewing everyone from the late Kurt Cobain to Janet
Jackson.
Landing his own series, “The Billy Bellamy Show” in 1996, Bellamy continued to star on
the big screen in addition to garnering coveted guest roles in several prominent television
series. In the feature world, Bellamy starred in LOVE JONES, HOW TO BE A PLAYER, LOVE
STINKS, THE BROTHERS, and ANY GIVEN SUNDAY. At the same time, showcasing his
mutli-hyphenate talents, Bellamy continued to hone his comedy and stand-up prowess.
He debuted his second comedy special, CRAZY SEXY DIRTY in May 2012 was one of the
highest rated comedy specials of their respective years on Showtime.
In 2015, Bellamy wrapped his sitcom from syndicated television producer Byron Allen,
MR. BOX OFFICE. On the show, Bellamy starred alongside along side Jon Lovitz, Tim
Meadows, and Viveca J. Fox. The past year Bill has guest-starred in an episode of TNT’s
hit detective drama, MURDER IN THE FIRST, which aired in August 2015. This past
summer, Bill wrapped shooting on KINDERGARTEN COP 2 in Vancouver.
Bill also headlined a six city run for our US troops stationed in Japan and over the past
year continues the tradition by visiting and performing for our troops on US Army
bases in Kileen, TX and Huntsville, AL. In March 2016 Bill can be seen co-starring in the
romantic-comedy THE BOUNCE BACK, with Shemar Moore and Nadine Velazquez.

5. Originally from Detroit, comedian, actor, writer and (sometimes) director Tony T. Roberts has
been blessed with the coveted honor of being the, “Comedians-comedian.” The guy other
performers love to watch work. His hilarious and refreshing energetic comedy style has grant-
ed him respect and created a huge demand for him on the comedy circuit, here in the states
and abroad. Legendary comedian and sitcom director, David Steinberg, acclaimed Tony as, “A
breakout talent”after witnessing Tony’s stand-up act and casting him as the lead in a series of
funny burger king commercials he directed.
Tony has entertained audiences in some of the nations hottest comedy arenas including: Car-
oline’s, The Boston Comedy Club in New York City; The Peppermint Lounge in New Jersey; All
Jokes Aside in both Chicago and Detroit; and The Comedy Act Theater in Los Angeles, just to
name a few. But Tony’s television debut was on HBO’s “DEF COMEDY JAM”, followed by, “IT’S
SHOWTIME AT THE APOLLO” and “BET’S COMICVIEW.” Early on, Tony received BET’s, ROBIN
HARRIS AWARD, for Most Original Comic.

6. Robert Powell III is a stand-up comedian and political satirist. Born in Monroe, Louisiana
Robert attended University of Louisiana at Monroe before getting his Masters’ degree in
Political Science from Texas Christian University.
After graduating, Robert worked as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Mayor James E. Mayo.
Upon moving to the State Capital, Robert became a Special Assistant under Governor
Bobby Jindal. Even as a rising star on the Louisiana political scene, Robert’s desire to
become a stand-up comedian put him at a crossroads, and his superiors in the Gover-
nor’s office gave him an ultimatum – either comedy or politics. Thankfully, Robert chose
comedy.
After a few years of paying his dues (which included sleeping in his car and $11 a night
motels), Robert was named Louisiana’s Comedian of The Year three years in a row. In
2012, Robert joined the Shaquille O’Neal All-Star Comedy Jam Tour in addition to open-
ing for comedy stars such as Kevin Hart, Mike Epps, DL Hughley, Cedric the Entertainer,
and Ron White, as well as musicians such as Ludacris, Anthony Hamilton, and Lil’ Wayne.
In 2013, Robert made his television debut on Shaquille O’Neal Presents: All Star Comedy
Jam Live from Atlanta for Showtime.
