  3. 3. Recruitment on LinkedIn • 89% of recruiters use LinkedIn (source: LinkedIn, 2014) • 39% of employers use social media for recruiting (source: CareerBuilder, 2016) • HOWEVER, 90% of employers will look at the LinkedIn profile before calling a candidate for an interview
  4. 4. Which Network Should You Use? • 89-94% of all recruiters report having hired someone through LinkedIn. Facebook and Twitter trailed by a wide margin, reaching only 26% and 15% respectively. (Source: Herd Wisdom) • According to Jobvite, only 36% of job seekers are fully engaged on LinkedIn.
