  3. 3. Important events <ul><li>He was the first to make a successful steam boat </li></ul><ul><li>He helped the economy out a lot with his inventions </li></ul><ul><li>He was the beginning of the industrial revolution you could now transport things faster and better . </li></ul>
  4. 4. Education <ul><li>Wasn’t very interested in school </li></ul><ul><li>But was very curious about things </li></ul><ul><li>He would see something and think of a way of how to make it better </li></ul>

Interests <ul><li>was a very skilled artist </li></ul><ul><li>He made his own pencils out of led and wood </li></ul><ul><li>He would walk past the gun smiths he was very interested in guns </li></ul><ul><li>he would give local gun smiths ideas of how to make a gun better and they would listen </li></ul>These are two paintings done by Robert Fulton

  8. 8. Why is he important <ul><li>Why is Robert Fulton important? There is many things. </li></ul><ul><li>He a great inventor that was told a lot of times that “that’s impossible”. He would say nothing is impossible. </li></ul><ul><li>He created the first steamboat successfully and the first submarine he had great ideas and people didn’t think he was right and he proved them wrong. </li></ul>

  11. 11. warfare <ul><li>Robert Fulton disliked war he wanted to end it </li></ul><ul><li>So he came up with a great invention the submarine and torpedoes that he created hoping it would be able to be used in war. </li></ul>
