On Friday, October 19, 2018, DFO Global Performance Commerce CEO Bruce Cran delivered a presentation at the John von Neumann Institute in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to 20+ masters-level computer-science students, who are studying the real-world application of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data science, cyber-security and automation.

Bruce’s presentation, broadly geared around AI, machine learning and its use for the future of eCommerce, touched on key areas DFO is applying the discipline to, including customer service, automation testing, programmatic media buying, logistics and fraud detection, among others.
