Project Management/Process Analyst, DaVita
Manage and support coordinating activities of IT Solution Delivery Management (SDM) process from within various
phases of delivery to include Design, Provisioning, and Integration, or across the entire lifecycle of Delivery

to request requisitions for purchase orders Engineering contractors, hardware/software, equipment, and services
from Clearwire’s authorized vendors. Work directly with the Legal, Accounts Payable, Finance and Procurement
departments along with executive management to process statements of work, purchase orders, and to insure
accurate budget coding. Work closely with Accounts Payable on reconciliation of invoice payments to vendors and
independent contractors. Collaborate with multiple functional teams to define requirements for implementation of
process tools and standardization of the statement of work, purchase order, and budget coding processes.
Key Achievements:
 Worked with Stakeholders and Resources in defining project scope, developing workflow, and determining
deliverables; consistently achieved all project objectives and developed training and process
documentation specifically for the Purchase Order Workflow and Purchase Order Request tools.
