During the event, Cydcorteam members and Cydcor’s network of independently-owned sales offices gathered together to for anannual kickoff, recognition and training. Attendees heard business updates, attended educationalpresentations, witnessed a BMW bonus giveaway, and saw three executives receive major promotions.All togetherThe annual event was the first time that Cydcor’s corporate office of approximately 100 team membersflew to event to join the 700-plus attendees from the sales offices in lieu of Cydcor holding a separateevent; they networked and trained side-by-side with the sales office owners, administrators, and otherkey members of the more than 300 offices scattered throughout North America.“This year’s event was unique because it was the first time that Cydcor and the sales organizationsattended this important event together,” said Chief Operating Officer Vera Quinn. “For weeks before,everyone was talking about the unique benefits of being with each other and take advantage of theopportunity to learn, interact, and enjoy themselves. It was one of the greatest events we’ve ever had,and I’m so excited about the year to come.”Unleashing their potentialWith the theme, “Unleash Your Potential,” the attendees also took part in an awards dinner and learnedmore about how to fundraise for Operation Smile, a children’s medical charity.   2. 2. Fundraising for a causeAttendees were encouraged to continue fundraising efforts for Operation Smile, and photos of recentfundraisers were shown. The upcoming “Day of Smiles,” where offices around the country and Cydcorteam members would all fundraise on one designated day was also announced.“The Day of Smiles is something we’re all looking forward to – the fundraising potential is astronomicalwith all of us doing it together,” said Quinn. “Last year, Cydcor and the sales offices reached our goal of$150,000 and were able to attend a mission in Rio.
