Die Umwälzungen, die in den neuen digitalen Arbeitswelten geschehen haben weitgehende Auswirkungen. Das Thema Crowdsourcing ist beispielsweise ein globales, betrifft aber zeitgleich auch lokale Strukturen und Organisationsformen. Das wirft auf Seiten der Gesetzgebung Fragen auf zu Urheberrechts-Themen, steuerlichen aber auch Arbeitsrechts-relevanten Aspekten. Eine Entwicklung, die so schnell voran schreitet kann nur schwer umgehend von der Deutschen wie internationalen Gesetzgebung aufgegriffen werden.
