Conducted consultations and peer reviews with oversight agencies such as Department

Introduced PFM reform to LGUs, the application of the ring-fencing approach to its water

run water utilities as well as mentoring and coaching the selected water utilities, making
sure the correctness of the assumptions, attributions and allocations of reconstructed
