Healthy habits <ul><li>A balanced diet: keep a varied diet </li></ul><ul><li>Keeping a meal routine: eat five meals a day and varied foods. </li></ul><ul><li>Good hygiene: Wash our hands, brush our teeth and take a shower every day. </li></ul><ul><li>Enough rest: sleep at least nine hours a day. </li></ul><ul><li>Breathing clean air: do not stay too long indoors places. </li></ul><ul><li>Physical exercise: exercising improves our health. </li></ul>
