3. Hand Drawn Drafts
Here are my hand drawn drafts for the social media app
‘Imagine’. I used a colour scheme of light orange and white ,
which is a similar colour scheme to the app “Wattpad” only
they use a darker shade of orange. Similar to it rival app it is
a creative writing app, for people who are struggling with
everyday life they can just write down their feeling, as
someone else or a character which will make them feel a lot
better. The app will also have privacy settings and you will
be able to leave feedback to other writers.
4. Photo Shop Drafts “Imagine”
For my graphic layout ‘sign up’ page I went with a busy
background , filled of different book covers to help I've
inspiration to writers to create new and existing stories. I have
also placed a home button in the left hand corner using the
style font “child writing” and placed it on top of a light orange
box. I also created the “sign in” button in the right hand corner
which when sighed up it will take you to your profile page. I
have my logo name across the top using the same font , along
with my slogan underneath using the font style “Child Writing”.
In the middle of the page I have the “username” and
underneath that I have “password” which will aloud the user
to enter into their account. Underneath that I then have a help
button in case they forget their password an email can be sent
to create a new password. At the bottom of the page I have an
image of an open book because every story has to start
somewhere. Also in the left hand corner created a copyright
mark, so no other creators can take my work.
5. Photo Shop Drafts “ Imagine” ( Continuation)
With my profile page I went with a similar layout , by
using the same font style and colour scheme. My profile
page layout I made a library which displaces the work
the reader has created . I also created a section which
displaces the most popular books that the reader
created , a comments section which presents positive
comments on the readers books . Finally I created a
private library where the reader can read book without
being embarrassed of what they have chosen to read.

7. Popular stories
The most popular stories are those that fall under the following categories Mystery, Sci-Fi,
Thriller, Romance and finally Fantasy. This is mainly due to good plot devices, relatable
characters and development in both the plot and the characters form how they where at
the beginning of the book to the end, or if it is a series how they have changed form the
first book to the very last book.

8. Page summary
Each of my pages will allow everyone to be informed on all the different subjects that
will feature on the website. Additionally there will be an aspect of ‘regency’ (galtung &
ruge) because no one is going to be interested in the news that happened months ago.
My pages will feature much more such as when an author is releasing their latest book.
9. Guidelines and conditions
The web standards project or ‘WaSP’ will be useful for my social media product because they allow the complexity of
development to be reduced and reduce cots. Therefore this means that my budget is still feasible and by having the
development less complex, it could mean less errors could occur. Also they help software’s understand the website
documents easier so users will be able to get better results when searching for a story. As for the W3C guidelines, on all
of my pages I will need to adhere to points 12-14 especially which is making content understandable and navigable. So I
will have to make sure navigating around the product is quite easy and that you can alter the proportion on what can be
seen as people may have poor vision. With term and conditions, this is where members can find all the information on
licenses, royalties and copyright for example and then on my privacy page, this is where the brand policy will be. These
will be similar to other products because if you go you instagram terms page , you have your rights and general
conditions written out.
10. Conclusion
To conclude , I have explored even further on the features that will
be on my website, as well as the guidelines and condition that will
take places within my website.
