  4. 4. Today: Disparate solutions for specific situations, and lots of paper. Soon: all the info needed in one place, and tools to get the job done. We make tools that put information at the fingertips of our employees to help them work better, smarter, and more safely. Our products are developed in collaboration with our users and in partnership with the business. A New Methodology for a Digital Workforce
  5. 5. Build the Right Thing. Build the Thing Right. Build it Together. Design Thinking Agile Approach Co-Location, Commitment Teams work closely in a highly collaborative environment to be responsive to change. Rapid prototyping and iterative development get releases into the hands of users, quickly. User-focused innovation to solve problems, not meet requirements.
  6. 6. Start small, work fast. A flexible approach to software development that enables rapid iterations of features and quick response to user feedback. Work is done by small teams (Scrums) in short one to two week cycles (Sprints). Led by a Product Owner (not a Project Manager) who stays with the product through its lifetime (not just until the project ends). Enabling quick-to-market development with continuous improvement based on user feedback. Agile Approach Keywords: Sprints, Scrums, Rapid Prototyping, MVP, Iterative, User Stories, Product Focus
