Into the Jungle and Back! About Leadership in IT...

Are you one of "those testers", a "pure frontend dev" or that "backend guy who knows it all"? Have you ever worked in a big organisation where some managers kicked-off (agile) processes that then grew like rampant weed? Do you know thoughts like "Argh, just another meeting, how on earth should I do my real work?!" or "We really should test|refactor that component... if we only had time"?

You do? Perfect!

Join me on an expedition into the (dark) jungle of professional software development – from requirements analysis to coding, from Scrum to testing and back to coding. We are equipped with a scientific leadership model serving as our compass through that jungle where we will meet Tarzan and maybe even Jane. Together we'll discover different types of plants and animals. Together we'll "dig in the dirt" of software crafting and leadership to find arable areas to start gardening. Together we'll learn with each other and from each other.
