Warst Du jemals Teil einer (größeren) Organisation, in welcher "diese Manager" irgendwelche Prozesse ausrollten, die dann ein Eigenleben entwickelten und wie Unkraut wucherten? Oder kennst Du gar Gedanken wie "argh, noch so ein Meeting, wie zur Hölle soll ich eigentlich meine Arbeit machen?!" oder "Man sollte diese Komponente wirklich testen|refactoren... wenn wir doch bloß Zeit dafür bekämen!"?

Dann komm' mit auf die Expedition in den (dunklen) Dschungel professioneller Software-Entwicklung. Wir legen uns auf die Lauer um verschiedene Kreaturen in freier Wildbahn zu beobachten, um gemeinsam ein bisschen "im Schmutz zu wühlen" und um hilfreiche “Gewächse” zu entdecken. Diese Gewächse zusammen mit einem wissenschaftlichen Modell als Kompass werden uns helfen, unsere Architektur- und Leadership-Skills zu erweitern.
