CHARACTERISATION OF RISK Operational risks are mainly characterised as threats in Gassco’s portfolio and the aim is to reduce their consequences, probabilities and uncertainties. Strategic risks may be opportunities or threats and the aim is to maximise upsides and minimise downsides External risks are mainly threats where the aim is to reduce consequences in case of a risk is realised. CONTROL MODEL They are mainly monitored and controlled through Gassco’s integrated management systems, ref. Appendix A.
