Inom EBR är det viktigt att komma åt annual accounts ECRF 1 missing: Spain (central) : The Mercantile Regional Registers are in charge of receiving annual accounts.. ECRF; ej annual accounts 7 st Switzerland No This is the SiX Swiss Exchange AG, if the company is listet at the stock exchange.. Germany No Unternehmensregister ( Bundesanzeiger). • Q29 - Question has changed wording. 10% till 49% Liechtenstein Romania 90% till 95% Czech Republic Italy Netherlands, The Sweden United Kingdom
  • Q26 Order is calculated as rank1% * 3 + rank2% * 2 + rank3% *1 (sorted in descending order) No trend since we changed the wording of the question Comments: Actually, Change of business/company name can also rank 2 In the second place is shareholder change. Jurisdiction of the Court of justice We dont have data for Changes of accounting reference date or Bringing in the annual account - those data are submit at AJPES Actually, Change of business/company name can also rank 2 In the second place is shareholder change. Jurisdiction of the Court of justice We dont have data for Changes of accounting reference date or Bringing in the annual account - those data are submit at AJPES
  • Q26 No trend since we changed the wording of the question Comments: According to our statistics, filing of annual returns (amounting to about 600,000) recorded the highest number in 2009. Change of address of registered office Change of business/company name Change of particulars for Director or Secretary Increase/Decrease in capital . Most/ frequent change is on business activities or adding of new activities. Not sure what 'bringing in the annual account' means. If it means annual filings, then this would constitute the most number of filings. The three most common changes are change of address of registered office, change of particulars for Director or Secretary and changes to company name. .
