Our data demonstrates the reduction of myocardial infarct size in our most characterized small animal preclinical model. Data set shows selective arginase inhibitor, affects nitric oxide pathway in rats with administered vehicle or nor-NOHA at 15 minutes prior to induction of myocardial ischemia.
