  4. 4. <ul><li>He was a prominent figure in American literature and cinema for over 61 years, writing a wide variety of plays , including The Crucible , A View from the Bridge , All My Sons and Death of a Salesman , which are still widely studied and performed worldwide </li></ul><ul><li>He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for &quot;Death of a Salesman&quot; in 1949, when he was just 33 years old. </li></ul>
