National Conveyancing Specialists join the Conveyancing Association.
National Conveyancing specialists Convey Law have re-affirmed their position as one of the UK’s leading
Conveyancing companies by joining the Conveyancing Association. The Association is a non-profit organisation
that counts many of the nations leading Conveyancing companies amongst its members.
Over recent years, Convey Law have enjoyed consistent success and growth to become one of the nation’s largest
Conveyancing providers. The company, based in Newport, South Wales have achieved this through an ethos of
client support and care as well as the willingness to develop the latest technological systems to aid their
transactions – even helping the Land Registry to develop their e-DRS system earlier this year.
The Conveyancing Association was established in the
context of a number of challenges facing the
Conveyancing Sector in the UK. These challenges
include many lenders reducing the number of
companies on their panels and the Legal Services Act
of 2011, which allowed additional non legal
businesses to move into and impact the Conveyancing
industry.
A steady stream of new regulatory and legislative
requirements is making compliance an ever more
challenging prospect for conveyancing practices. The
Conveyancing Association represents members at
decision making forums, working hard to ensure that
further regulation is not imposed without direct input
from the country’s top conveyancers.
