A complete risk and vulnerabilityanalysis will be carried out to determine what standard mustbe incorporated to achieve a satisfactory safety level withrespect to fire and other undesirable events.Roughly speaking, Rogfast will generate surplus rubble andspoil amounting to approx. 6 million m3. This must be utilisedfor socially beneficial purposes and it is assumed that mostof it will be used as fill in the sea near where tunnellingbegins. The fill areas will be valuable maritime industrialConstitution Tunnel Salish Sea Strait of Georgia Tunnel Crossing
