  1. 1. HOW IT WORKS PROCESS FOR THE MOBILE PUNCH CARD PROGRAM Customers Register 1. Customers will go to your reward apps URL or scan QR code 2. They will be prompted to add the mobile website as an app (not required) 3. They register for an account on your app in less than a minute Customers Punch Card 1. Every time the customer purchases the item required, they click Check in or Punch (depending on what you choose in your admin) 2. The app will than prompt for a “Secure Code”. This secure code is the unique code that can change daily, weekly or never based on your preferences. 3. An employee enters or gives the customer the code to enter into the phone 4. If “Scan” options is enabled, consumer are able to punch their mobile card with any third party QR code scanner (OPTIONAL) 5. Once the consumer checks-in, punches or scans QR code the required amount of times, the app gives the customers the reward on the app. Redeeming Rewards 1. Customer’s will bring in their mobile device to the business 2. Open your businesses reward app and go to “My Rewards” 3. Click on the reward they want to redeem 4.
