  2. 2. The problem You need to analyse a big file of Compensation data. You want to know who are the 5 lowest paid of employees with the title of manager. The issue : titles are all over the place, not specifically tied to specific grades or other criteria and usually contain words before and after “manager” so you can’t use a straightforward alphabetical sort. You don’t want to sort manually and need a way to quickly perform the analysis © Sandrine Bardot and CompensationInsider.com 2012
