  7. 7. • CHANGE 1: Prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes to minors
  8. 8. • CHANGE 2: Prohibit the possession and use of e-cigarettes by minors
  9. 9. • CHANGE 3: Prohibit e-cigarette use where traditional cigarette use is prohibited – Exception: Vape/Vapor Shop – All other exceptions continue to apply
  10. 10. Enforcement / Penalty • Violation is Misdemeanor Offense (Part 4) • Sell to, Possession by, & Consumption by minors violation of state law (Health & Safety Code)
