  3. 3. 1Home must be built in the CSU Electric service area. 2HVAC system must be 15 SEER or higher. 3 Wall insulation must be a blown product. 4Attic insulation must also be a blown product. 5Insulation inspection and Final inspection is performed by Energy.
  4. 4. 1 Home must be in the CSU Electric service area. 2 Complete HVAC system must be replaced not including duct work. 3 HVAC system must be have a 15 SEER rating or better. 4 Installer must apply for a HVAC permit for the installation. 5 Installer must provide the AHRI reference number.
  5. 5. 1You must be a CSU utility customer with an electric service account. 2You must provide a purchase receipt with the application for the LED lighting. 3The rebate credits $2.00 per LED bulb to the customer’s utility account. 4The LED rebate renews every year on January 1st. 5The LED rebate program enables all electric utility customers the opportunity to participate in energy conservation.
  6. 6. 1You must be a CSU utility customer with an electric service account. 2The customer must provide a spreadsheet detailing the current and proposed lighting configurations. 3The customer must provide purchase invoices with the application for the installed LED lighting. 4The rebate is based on demand (kW) reduction. 5Installing LEDs provides an added benefit by reducing HVAC load required during the summer.
  7. 7. 1You must be a CSU utility customer with an electric service account. 2The thermostat you purchase must be able to communicate with an internet-connected wireless network. 3Your HVAC must be a standard system, such as a split system, package unit, mini-split system or heat pump. 4When you apply, you must provide the HVAC tonnage or the square footage controlled by the thermostat. 5You must provide the purchase receipt for the approved thermostat.
