Active Anticipation: Matthew 24:36-51

Download to read offline

"Jesus has a way of teaching us more than we ask for. When the disciples asked in verse 3 when these things would occur, Jesus gives a much longer response than anyone would anticipate in order to correct misunderstanding. Instead of thinking of when, what if we thought about what? Instead of wondering if we have time, we should live with active anticipation of our Kings Return. Do you think you're ready? What does Jesus want His disciples to do while we wait? Maybe, it's more than we first think."
