Group Chairman
Allirajah Subaskaran is a visionary entrepreneur and businessman.
Founder and Group Chairman, his inspirational leadership has
spearheaded the company’s growth to 21 markets across five
continents.
Prem Sivasamy
Group Deputy Chairman
Premananthan Sivasamy has held a number of senior roles within
the international telecoms industry and is responsible for global
operations. He oversees strategic, commercial and financial
matters across all Lyca Group companies and countries.
Prem Duraisamy
Group Chief Executive Officer
Prem brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and expertise,
with a strong background in investment and financial analysis.
Prem is responsible for Group activity, with the overall aim of
enhancing the value of the organisation for the future through

Group Chief Operating Officer
G.T. Jeyaseelan, who previously worked at SriLankan Airlines for 35

• One of the Foundation’s largest projects to date is now complete.
• Lyca’s Gnanam Village saw the construction of a new village for community of 150
families who had previously been living in a refugee camp in the Vavuniya District of
Northern Sri Lanka for 30 years.
• The Village spans across 80 acres and contains 150 houses plus a community
centre. Each house has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a toilet.
• Numerous wells have been constructed around the Village to cater to the
community’s needs.
• There are a number of other villages and schools nearby as well as a
health centre constructed by Unicef.
